On a 150-hectare estate, the property dedicates a 7.5-hectare secret garden to the vineyard. Far removed from industrial standards, the Sourdois family cultivates excellence through artisanal and traditional methods. Every gesture, from pruning the vines to monitoring the still, is dictated by infinite patience. It is this almost meditative rigor that allows them to transform the fruit of the terroir into exceptional elixirs.
