Step into the shoes of a Cellar Master and let yourself be guided into the captivating world of Armagnac. Discovering its secrets of production, awakening its aromas, and learning the delicate art of blending, you will create your own unique blend. A rare and intimate experience... that you will take home with you, in the form of a one-of-a-kind bottle, signed by you.

"Gascon cocktail making workshop" (€25 / person)
Unleash your imagination and discover the art of mixology, Gascon style! In small groups, you'll be guided step by step to create unique cocktails using iconic products from the Hauts de Montrouge region: Floc de Gascogne, young Armagnacs, and liqueurs. Play with aromas, experiment, blend, taste... and leave with fresh and daring ideas to recreate at home.

Step through the cellar door and enter the noble world of Armagnac, guided by our Cellar Master. Through an exclusive tasting of vintage Armagnacs, he will share his vision, his choices, and the secrets behind the richness of his finest blend. Each selected bottle carries within it a story, a balance, an emotion. In a refined and convivial atmosphere, you will discover the subtleties of distillation, the art of aging, and the profound reasons that make a blend a great Armagnac.
