It is in an exceptional location, in the heart of the Bas-Armagnac appellation area, 10 minutes from Eauze, that the Westphal family, of Alsatian origin, chose to settle in 2013 to perpetuate their passion for distillation, passed down from generation to generation.

On the remarkable terroir of Château Saint-Aubin, the Westphal family continually strives to elevate Armagnac through modern and innovative techniques, drawing direct inspiration from the philosophy of Alsatian fruit brandies. Today, from vine to bottle, every step is meticulously planned with a single goal: to offer unique Armagnacs, distinguished by their intense and generous fruit expression.

The Château Saint-Aubin team invites you to visit the estate to discover in more depth the secrets of Armagnac as well as its range of authentic and convivial wines.
