Since 2025, Nathalie and Laurent have been writing a new chapter in the history of Daroles. Respectful of the spirit of this institution founded in 1826, they perpetuate the tradition of the great brasseries while bringing their passion for gastronomy, their warm hospitality, and a touch of modernity. In a completely renovated setting, they invite you to experience a place where authenticity, elegance, and Gascon conviviality come together.

Daroles showcases homemade cuisine, prepared using fresh, local and seasonal produce.

The menu changes with the seasons and offers a refined selection of gourmet salads, fresh fish, Label Rouge meats from the Pyrenees and Aveyron regions, homemade fries, and desserts prepared on-site. Among the must-try dishes is the famous fish parillada, which has become one of the house specialties.
