Freshness and quality are two essential criteria for Frédéric and Dorothée, who travel throughout the Gers region in search of the best ingredients. Local produce makes up nearly 70% of their ingredients, not to mention the 26 French farmers and market gardeners featured in each of their recipes. Passionate about their craft and delighted to welcome you, these two lovers of good food create 100% homemade pizzas with hand-kneaded dough, baked in a traditional wood-fired oven. Visit Pizza de Verdus from Tuesday to Sunday, 6 pm to 9:30 pm, or order your favorite pizzas to take away. Delicious and bursting with the authentic taste of French terroir, they are also available through the Auch Farmers' Drive-Thru until Wednesday evening, with delivery possible in Auch on Friday evening.
