  An exceptional place. You'll be treated like royalty. The chef enhances her dishes, and the sommelier knows how to pair them perfectly. I recommend this establishment 100/100. Truly a great place.

  There's so much to say about this very special place... Staying for a few days for a clay pigeon shooting competition in Cazaubon, the Château de Bellevue is, above all, a family, a welcome. Even though some parts of the hotel may seem old, the charm of the residence is there. The place is very clean and perfectly maintained. On returning from a walk, if you want to discover the history of the area, find good restaurants, or taste a delicious Armagnac, ask Thomas for this service... 😉... He will be happy to educate your taste buds... And it's also a great pleasure to listen to him. As for the restaurant... We enjoyed the evening meal for €35. I can only tell you one thing: you won't be disappointed... The cuisine is refined, modern, and showcases the excellence of local produce... and always a touch of humor or wonderful anecdotes from the maître d' (again), Thomas. In short, while the elevator made us smile at first, we had a truly pleasant stay at the Château de Bellevue. Thank you to the entire family for your welcome and the excellent service. See you soon.   Warm welcome, cozy atmosphere, and pleasant atmosphere. We really appreciated the peace and quiet, and the dinner was delicious. Highly recommended!
