An exceptional place. You'll be treated like royalty. The chef enhances her dishes, and the sommelier knows how to pair them perfectly. I recommend this establishment 100/100. Truly a great place.

There's so much to say about this very special place... Staying for a few days for a clay pigeon shooting competition in Cazaubon, the Château de Bellevue is, above all, a family, a welcome. Even though some parts of the hotel may seem old, the charm of the residence is there. The place is very clean and perfectly maintained. On returning from a walk, if you want to discover the history of the area, find good restaurants, or taste a delicious Armagnac, ask Thomas for this service... 😉... He will be happy to educate your taste buds... And it's also a great pleasure to listen to him. As for the restaurant... We enjoyed the evening meal for €35. I can only tell you one thing: you won't be disappointed... The cuisine is refined, modern, and showcases the excellence of local produce... and always a touch of humor or wonderful anecdotes from the maître d' (again), Thomas. In short, while the elevator made us smile at first, we had a truly pleasant stay at the Château de Bellevue. Thank you to the entire family for your welcome and the excellent service. See you soon.
