We had a wonderful culinary experience at this restaurant. For our starter, the salad with ham, mozzarella, and truffle pesto was simply excellent: delicate flavors, perfectly balanced, and high-quality ingredients. For our main courses, we chose the duck breast and the confit duck leg: two generous plates, perfectly cooked and delicious. Here again, you can tell the ingredients are fresh and carefully prepared. One small drawback, however: the service, while friendly, was overwhelmed and a little disorganized, which sometimes slowed down the meal. In summary: delicious and refined cuisine, well worth the detour, with service that could be improved to achieve excellence.
