Château de Salles

The Hébert family welcomes you to the Château de Salles nestled in the heart of Gascony. This family estate, rich in anecdotes, is located in Bas Armagnac, a land of fine and delicate eaux-de-vie.

You will discover an astonishing traditional semi-underground cellar from the 18th century

Benoît and Dominique Hébert will introduce you to the cultivation of the vine, the making of their Flocs de Gascogne as well as the secrets of the breeding of Armagnac, a family tradition, for several generations.
Many vintages will charm you, from 1998 to 1959, regularly awarded at the general agricultural competition. You will certainly find the one that looks like you, fiery or wise.
You can taste the white Floc de Gascogne , with a fruity peach and a delicate note of honey at the end of the mouth, as well as the Floc rosé, with a greedy palate with notes of red fruits.
You will have all the ideas to accompany them and maybe you will give us yours !

A charming 13th century Romanesque church at the foot of the estate will allow you to extend your visit.

Reception : free for individuals all year round except Christmas and New Years from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
