The Plaimont winegrowers' vineyards stretch from the foothills of the Pyrenees to the rolling hills of Gascony, encompassing the Saint Mont, Madiran, Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh, and Côtes de Gascogne AOCs. Since its creation in 1979, Plaimont has acquired some of the region's finest châteaux and estates with the aim of restoring iconic vineyards and developing a new vision for the collective good.
With respect for the environment, they exclusively cultivate local grape varieties (tannat, pinenc, manseng noir, gros and petit manseng, colombard…) and have an exceptional plant heritage including a 200-year-old vineyard plot, listed as a Historical Monument.
As for wines, you can discover them in the shops of Saint-Mont, Aignan, Plaisance-du-Gers, Condom, Lectoure or on the online shop.
As for visits, the winemakers welcome you throughout the year to discover their appellations, grape varieties and terroirs, their châteaux and estates through guided vineyard tours, wine workshops and guided tastings. These activities are available Monday to Saturday, at 10 am and 3 pm, for groups of 2 or more, by reservation only (daily in July and August).
