Le Relais du Bastidou restaurant is open every day (except Sundays out of season), René likes to meet producers (who are sometimes simply his neighbours) to taste and select the best raw products and raw materials for his dishes: Foie gras, duck breast, Black Bigorre pork, ducks, beef and lamb, all from local farms! From locavorism to slow food , there is only one step, which the chef crosses with pleasure because this land of Gers is rich in so many products that it would be pointless to look elsewhere! As for wines, they are selected from the best producers in Gascony, to accompany your tasty dishes. Côtes de Gascognes, Madirans, Pacherenc, the wine list is diversified and of course it gives pride of place to Armagnacs !
