A gourmet and authentic cuisine to savor

L'Auberge du Lac is the reflection of a passionate chef happy to serve you dishes carefully prepared from fresh and local products directly from the producers ( rib steaks from the Auch butchers' gathering, cheeses from the Bascous refiner, fruits and vegetables from the local market gardener ). The simple menu evolves with the seasons with recipes that honor the region's products such as duck confit, duck breast or cep omelet, but also varied salads, burgers with duck steak, foie gras or cheddar. Open for lunch and dinner and 7 days a week, L'Auberge du Lac is an address to remember to enjoy traditional cuisine offered à la carte or as a lunch menu (the dish changes every day).
