  Very nice collection of Armagnacs, rums and whiskeys. Possibility of having a workshop for assembling your own armagnac on site.

  What a pleasant discovery this visit to the Encantada was! Vincent, the smiling cellar master, shares his know-how and his passion for producing exceptional Armagnacs through generous and captivating explanations. In his company, we explore the different stages, from the choice of grape variety, the distillation process in an Armagnac still, the rigorous selection of barrels and their aging conditions in the cellar, up to the final bottling of the elixir. Comparing samples of the same juice, from different barrels, reveals some nice surprises. We then realize that it is not simply a question of following a recipe but of creating an artistic work. Like the painter who chooses the colors for his painting, or the photographer who adjusts the brightness and contrast for the composition of his photo, the cellar master patiently researches and selects the various aromas to combine them subtly in order to lead the consumer to a taste delight!
