Bhakta Spirits, an American house that promotes the brandy of the Dupeyron brand in Condom

It is in the heart of the Hôtel Cugnac in Condom, in one of the most beautiful residences of this episcopal city of Gascony that Maison-Dupeyron preserves the largest stock of Armagnac vintages from 1686 to today.

Seduced by the richness, history and unique aromas of this iconic eau-de-vie, American entrepreneur Raj Pter Bhakta, head of Bhakta Spirits , bought the brand and all of its vintages in December 2019 to promote this wine gem across borders, starting with the United States. His attachment to the values of the terroir encourages him to keep the thousand-year-old cellars installed at the Hôtel Cugnac open to welcome visitors curious to discover the history of Maison-Dupeyron.

At the end of your visit, take a tour of the shop and enjoy a tasting to appreciate the powerful, complex and fruity aromas of an Armagnac that already won a medal at the 1900 World's Fair.
