L'Bufala farm is located halfway between Condom and Lectoure, in the heart of the Gascon countryside. Lucile and Fabien raise Asian buffaloes and produce mozzarella as well as various cheeses, dairy products made from buffalo milk and buffalo charcuterie.
Farm shop open Wednesday and Saturday.- Farm breakfast and discovery of livestock farming every Thursday morning during the summer - By reservation.
