  I had the chance to visit the Cave Plaimont and I really appreciated the richness of the explanations given during the discovery of the Atelier des Cépages. This unique winery, dedicated to research and innovation, allows you to better understand the art of winemaking in the Gers as well as the fascinating studies carried out around rediscovered grape varieties. The opportunity to visit a vineyard plot makes the visit even more informative and captivating. The discovery ends in style with a tasting of 4 wines representative of the local appellations. An experience not to be missed for wine and heritage lovers!

  Great talk on a Sunday with the wine merchant! Many golden nuggets and improbable wines here, including wine from preserved 200+ years old pre-phylloxeric vines.

  I 100% recommend the winery and vineyard tour + tasting. This guided tour and Céline's explanations about the history of the Côtes de Gascogne, the Plaimont estate, winemaking, and the process of growing the vines for great wines were fantastic. Céline is very friendly and patiently explains. The selection of wines for the tasting was very nice and off the beaten track. Thank you very much!
