Christelle, Vincent and Frédéric are passionate, 3 friends who came together to create this concept of boutique and event agency around Armagnac. They have a great appreciation, knowledge and deep respect for this precious Armagnac, obtained through patience and authentic know-how in Gascony.

Vincent the cellar master has been traveling the countryside since 2011 to meet, get to know and work with the best Armagnac producers. He will select the best eaux-de-vie and bring them back to the Encantada, to package them "brut-de-fut", that is to say without altering their intrinsic properties. He has thus built up an invaluable collection of the best Armagnacs and can now make people discover them, in particular through tastings and sales to the greatest chefs, starred restaurants and informed or curious amateurs.
