  The 19th ^- century farmhouse side houses two gîtes and three cozy and welcoming bedrooms, while the right wing reveals a 20th ^- century ambiance with two suites upstairs and huge, bright rooms on the ground floor. In the vast 4-hectare wooded park, you can enjoy a fitness trail and visit the horses and ponies on the property. The Sainte-Marie Guest House is a charming rental that offers you a gentle interlude in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere with many services.
  A table d'hôtes is offered with a gourmet menu to enjoy with family, for a birthday, or for a cocktail party. You will be delighted by the quality of the traditionally prepared dishes. At the end of the meal, choose your digestifs from Jean-Claude's beautiful collection of Armagnacs and his cigar cellar. 70th birthday meal. Impeccable and warm welcome; the chef, his daughter, and the waiters were all friendly, helpful, and attentive. Excellent and generous cuisine. A magical place. Everything feels timeless. A must-try establishment. Congratulations, don't change a thing.

A flawless gastronomic experience! An exemplary experience from start to finish. The table is carefully set in a bucolic setting, but it's on the plate that everything truly shines. A remarkable mastery of textures. The foie gras is perfectly seasoned, accompanied by incredibly fresh asparagus. The scrambled eggs with truffle are generous, without unnecessary embellishment; the ingredients speak for themselves. The cooking is mastered to the degree, whether it's the meat or the kidneys. The accompaniments (glazed carrots, fennel, broad beans) are not mere accessories but bring real balance to the dish. This is regional cuisine executed with rare technical precision. It's honest, it's generous, and it's brilliantly executed. A must-visit near Mirande for those seeking the true essence of the ingredients. Bravo!

An absolutely incredible experience at Domaine Sainte-Marie! A magnificent place in the heart of the countryside, perfect for recharging and enjoying a timeless moment. The welcome was simply exceptional: a warm, attentive, and passionate host who made the experience even more memorable. Everything was in place for a perfect stay. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back!
