Florence and Michel welcome you to their charming guest house, located in Terraube in the Gers near Lectoure. In this superb, typically Gascon residence several hundred years old (a former farmhouse of the Terraube castle).

You will enjoy staying in one of the suites or guest rooms, fully restored. It is an elegant and soothing universe, the promise of an authentic and relaxing stay at the same time. Florence and Michel arrived in 2002 in the Gers, they fell in love with this attractive, calm and pleasant region. They appreciate the friendliness and hospitality of Gers, which they are keen to share with their guests.

The guest rooms of Maison Ardure

The one-hectare park benefits from a superb view of the Lomagne countryside and the Pyrenees mountain range in good weather. You will enjoy walks in this revitalizing nature. For your stay, 4 rooms and 1 suite are at your disposal. All rooms benefit from a WIFI connection, a courtesy tray, a television, air conditioning and a walk-in shower.

• The "d'Artagnan" Suite is spacious and bright with its surface area of 50 m2. It is on the 1st floor and consists of 3 rooms on 2 levels. It is a family suite for children over 6 years old and teenagers because a spiral staircase provides access to the bedroom with twin beds (equipped with a shower room and toilet). The master bedroom with its double bed is attached to the living room (and another shower room), a place of relaxation for everyone.

• The "Porthos" Room (also for children over 6) is a duplex on the 1st floor of the guest house. The double room has a superb cathedral ceiling with exposed beams. A quality sofa bed is installed in the mezzanine living room and it is possible to connect this room to another located on the lower floor to benefit from a triplex for 5 people (with therefore 2 shower rooms).

• The "Constance" room is on the ground floor and has a large bay window opening onto the park. With its turquoise tones harmoniously blended with the golden stone, it is a relaxing and very calm place. You can enjoy a soft and natural atmosphere by settling down on one of the sun loungers outside in the garden. A lounge area is furnished with an armchair and television.

• The "Milady" room is on the 1st floor. It is spacious and bright, decorated in cream tones. It has a double sink, a large walk-in shower and a lounge.

• The "Athos" Room is on the ground floor. It is accessible to people with reduced mobility in both the room and the bathroom, with a shower chair and support bars. This room is labeled Tourism and Handicap for motor, hearing and mental disabilities.

The rooms are all independent and you will also have several common areas for well-being and conviviality within the Guest House.

A fun communal area is available in the old barn, with an American-style billiards table, lounge with sofa, television, books... An Armagnac bar will allow you to taste, with the valuable advice of your hosts, delicious local wines and understand all their complex flavors.

A wellness area will allow you to relax during your stay at Maison Ardure. A jacuzzi and a mosaic hammam are at your disposal (on reservation for a private one-hour session) . Also enjoy the gym, with an elliptical bike, a weight tower and dumbbells. A body care practitioner will offer you massages (to be reserved in advance) and foot reflexology treatments.

Maison Ardure has a magnificent heated swimming pool with two pleasant beaches in the middle of nature to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The beach is accessible to people with reduced mobility (but there is no ramp in the pool). You will enjoy walking in the flowery park to admire the superb panorama of the Gers countryside and Lomagne.

This guesthouse is an environmentally friendly place, so you will find a charging station for electric vehicles. It is possible to rent electric mountain bikes for your stay. By talking with Florence and Michel, you will understand their commitment: compost, waste recycling, solar panels and heat pump...

Eating at La Maison Ardure

Florence and Michel invite you to their table d'hôtes. Several options are available to taste the delights of the gastronomy of Gers and Gascony. They offer Gourmet Stays, where you can enjoy a delicious meal prepared by them 3 evenings a week with artisanal or homemade products. Meats from the farm, vegetables from the house vegetable garden, flavored with herbs from the garden, accompanied by the discovery of the region's wines, but also Armagnacs and Floc de Gascogne.

Breakfast is one of the moments when you can indulge yourself with indulgence from the morning! Whether you prefer sweet or savory, everything is generous and homemade, served in a friendly manner.
