Chez Bébère revisits grandma's good meals while committing to a sustainable and responsible practice.

Here, the products come from the Gers terroir and we work directly with the producers, and not only to offer you the best of the Gers but also to promote the local economy and the farms that are involved around us. Because we believe that it is all together that we will make things happen.

To give you an idea, the rib steak at "Chez Bébère" is taken care of by Pauline and Cédric who take care of it in polyculture breeding about forty blondes from Aquitaine at the Larrey farm in Montreal du Gers. For the salad, you have to see it with Pauline and Thomas, in market gardening at the Parrète farm. For the cheese it's the goats from the Cazaux farm with Natacha...

In short "Chez Bébère" is a locavore, creative and committed local cuisine based on the treasures of our Gers!

THE MAP

• At noon, the chef will offer you good comforting dishes of the day that will give pride of place to local products and inspired by the rhythm of the seasons (cassoulet, tajine, hen-au-pot, lasagna…) with our suggestions from the region (magret, rib steak, trout, Gascony salad...)

• And in the evening it's tapas and the opportunity to taste our famous croquetas with duck confit or treat yourself to the famous Bébère duck breast tataki!

• And for drinks it's like for the rest, behind the bar only producers from the region!

So Hop come and travel the roads of the Gers through our valleys to dazzle your eyes and delight your taste buds!

A committed establishment because consuming locally means participating in the economy of our territory and promoting the activity of producers located around our home. By adopting new eating habits, we encourage employment in our geographic area and promote resilience.

Eating local also means making sure to consume healthy products, we know who produces our food and we know the production methods used. And thanks to the consumption in short circuits, we have the opportunity to significantly reduce our carbon footprint.
