  In the heart of a round bastide, the Auberge de Fourcès is located on the magnificent shaded square of this medieval Castelnau classified among the most beautiful villages in France.
  
  On the bar side, the inn is open from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and on the restaurant side from 12:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The establishment is closed on Tuesday evening and all day on Wednesday.
  
  In order to better accommodate you, we advise you to book before your arrival. We also welcome groups by reservation and organize evenings.

The chef bought the restaurant a few years ago, and the standards continue top notch. I am visiting family and lunch at L'Auberge de Fourcès is a requirement. Delicious meal.
