The Girls' Hike
Place of departure and arrival: Domaine d’Embidoure
A 10km hiking circuit departing from Domaine d'Embidoure with Nathalie and Sandrine Ménégazzo. The circuit passes next to the estate's vineyard and then reaches the village of Réjaumont.
The village of Réjaumont:- You will cross the village of Réjaumont: When it was created, Réjaumont was an English bastide. It was built in 1292 at the time of King Edward I of England who owned the county of Gaure (the name Réjaumont also refers to it.
- Legend has it that Lancelot du Lac, squire of Charles VIII, was born in Réjaumont.
The walk will take you to the national forest of Réjaumont and then lead to the Gers valleys where, if the weather is suitable, you can admire the Pyrenees.
