Restaurant du Magnoac, cuisine from the Basque Country served all year round in the Hautes-Pyrénées
50 minutes from Tarbes, on the edge of the Hautes-Pyrénées, Haute-Garonne and Gers, Michel and Corinne welcome you with generosity and kindness in a half-timbered building from 1780 in Castelnau-Magnoac.
Open for lunch only, the restaurant is closed on Saturdays. The warm and friendly setting invites you to relax and enjoy traditional cuisine from the Basque Country with some originality. The menu of the day, consisting of a starter, a main course and a dessert is only 16.50€ without wine or coffee, while the à la carte menu treats you to 3 starters, 4 main courses and a dessert for an amount of 32€.

Filet of John Dory and fried vegetables in orange sauce, shoulder of milk-fed lamb confit in the oven, rib steak a la plancha with candied shallots... The dishes are hearty and delicious, an address where to enjoy as a couple, with friends or family. Taste the lamb sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms, it's their specialty.
