Le Haget Castle restaurant offers you its market cuisine, without forgetting the essential local dishes.
In summer, the à la carte restaurant is open on Saturday and Sunday evening, Wednesday evening for "Château Wednesdays", Tuesday evening: table d'hôte, Thursday: pétanque with giant BBQ. The restaurant is closed on Monday and Thursday. Out of season by appointment for groups from 20 people.
The Castle restaurant is a member of Tables du Gers and a "Slowfood" member. Close suppliers are favored such as the Grisettes Farm for Toulouse goose, the Bordeneuve Farm for whole-grain stuffed duck, the Farms of the Four Graces for Nacré veal and the Pork Noir de Bigorre.
Everything is done to serve you a real cuisine, respectful of the products and their terroir. On a beautiful wine list, you will find, among other things, great Saint Monts, Madirans, Cotes de Gascogne, wine-growing regions of Gascony which are now recognized worldwide.
The restaurant is located in the old carriage house but the salons of the castle are at your disposal for lunch or dinner to measure, in this way you can fully enjoy castle life.
