The Table d'hôtes of Vic Bilh is a place of high gastronomy with a young chef, Zian Bodou, finalist at 17 years old of Objectif Top Chef, Best Apprentice of France of the New Aquitaine Region.
Having worked in the kitchens of Michel Guérard and Philippe Etchebest, he will introduce you to his creations:
Each dish is a work of art, both taste and visual. In a small 17th century mansion, the large oak table can accommodate twelve guests. Come and discover this unusual place , in the heart of the Madiran vineyard , between Béarn, Gers and Hautes-Pyrénées where you will discover food and wine pairings around the largest areas of the appellation.
During the school year and until July 2, the Table d'Hôtes is open on Friday and Saturday evenings. During the summer period, from July 4 to August 27, the Table d'Hôtes will be open on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday evenings. We welcome customers from 8 p.m.
The price is 50€ net, aperitif and food and wine pairing.
