La Mirande de Saint-Clar is a Gascon country house, set in a delicate landscaped garden with a swimming pool. But above all, it is a family house, friendly, spacious and welcoming. To see in the surroundings: From Saint-Clar, we suggest you cross the Lomagne by walking on the PR10 (fr). The Escalaves leisure center is very lively during the summer, with its large slides, pedal boats, buoys or jet skis for family fun. If you want a more cultural outing, go to the Musée de l'École Publique de Saint-Clar. Lectoure is famous for its medieval monuments. To discover them, follow the circuit of the heart of the city of Lectoure (fr), through its small medieval streets. Near Lectoure, do not miss an encounter with wallabies, at the Vallon des Kangourous (fr).

3) The Patte d'Oie Farm

In Saint-Michel, on the banks of the Baïse, the Ferme de la Patte d'Oie welcomes you in a building completely renovated and fitted out to provide you with maximum comfort. Air conditioning, warm and colorful decoration, the rooms are modern and well equipped. As a producer of goose-based specialties, the table d'hôte is generous and allows you to taste the products of the farm. On site, you will learn more about daily life on a farm. You can also lounge by the pool and enjoy the calm of the Gers countryside.

4) La Ferme des Grisettes

In Montesquiou, Ferme des Grisettes is a family farm producing goose foie gras and other sweets. You stay in the old stable, refurbished to house five guest rooms and a common area, where you can share the table d'hôte. The setting is rustic, the decoration rustic and the atmosphere friendly. You will feel at home there, in the countryside.

To see in the surroundings: Montesquiou is a perched village which dominates the surrounding fields and meadows. The view over the valley is magnificent. It is home to a surprising festival: “Montesquiou on the rock’s”! The bastide of Barran is to be seen for its fortifications and its helical bell tower.

5) The House of Ninan

In Sarragachies, the Maison de Ninan is a family house, in the heart of a vineyard, which offers you a journey through time, at the beginning of the last century. You will find yourself in an old school, at a milliner or in a grocery store. The decoration is delicate and old-fashioned, in pastel tones. However, modern comfort is there! On the La Maison de Ninan wine estate, you can discover the wines of Saint-Mont. It is also a saffron farm and you will be able to know everything about this tasty spice.

What to see in the area: The atypical idea of La Maison de Ninan is to have you walk the vineyard slopes on an electric scooter. A sports session accessible to all! And if you have young children, they have thought of everything and provide carts for the little ones. Marciac is a city on the move, thanks to its International Jazz Festival. In Lupiac is the birthplace of the famous d'Artagnan. The d'Artagnan Museum (fr) takes you in the footsteps of the famous hero of Alexandre Dumas, to better understand the life of a musketeer of the Sun King.

6) The Puppet Mill

Near Lavardens, in Vic-Fesenzac, the Moulin des Marionnettes is at the same time a museum, a performance hall and a puppet creation workshop. In this atypical place, two guest rooms are at your disposal: a small room for a couple and a large more family room. You can extend your visit to the museum there.

What to see in the area: Of course, we recommend that you visit Le Moulin des Marionnettes. It is a childish and a little magical universe. The show, the demonstration and creation workshop and a treasure hunt await you. If bullfighting interests you, don't leave Vic-Fesensac without visiting its arenas. The Bastide de Lavardens (fr) is a charming medieval village, which promises you a lovely stroll through its medieval streets, with old stalls, transformed into houses. The Château de Lavardens has been transformed into an art center, which offers exhibitions, concerts, musical tours...

7) The House of Aux

La Maison d'Aux is a beautiful building, in the heart of La Romieu, one of the "most beautiful villages in France". The spacious rooms, with elegant and refined decoration, live up to this exceptional setting. They overlook the ramparts and the old castle of Cardinal d'Aux.
